Voting Process

Please follow these steps in order for a proposal to be reviewed by all and voted on by the KOC Board. We hope this process allows everyone to review and give their thoughts and feedback on a proposal. KOC functions as a collaborative group and everyone's input is welcome and encouraged. Please also note that EVERYONE is welcome to submit a proposal (it doesn't have to be a KOC Board member).

1. Proposal is circulated to the main KOC list.
2. Everyone is given at least 2 days for feedback and revisions.
3. Proposal in its final form is sent to the main KOC list.
4. Final proposal is put on the Board Votes wiki (this page) by the person who is submitting the proposal
5. Proposal is sent to the Board List for a vote.
6. Vote Results are relayed to the main KOC list.
