Voting Process
Please follow these steps to put a proposal up for a KOC Board vote. We hope this process allows everyone to review and give their thoughts and feedback on a proposal. KOC functions as a collaborative group and everyone's input is welcome and encouraged. Please also note that everyone is welcome to submit a proposal (it doesn't have to be a KOC Board member).
- Proposal is circulated to the main KOC list.
- Everyone is given at least 2 days for feedback and revisions.
- Proposal in its final form is sent to the main KOC list.
- Final proposal is put on the Board Votes wiki (this page) by the person who is submitting the proposal
- Proposal is sent to the Board List for a vote.
- Vote Results are relayed to the main KOC list.
